Our story began in 1876 when the Alsatian brewmaster August Kuentzmann Damm brewed the first Estrella in Barcelona, fulfilling his dream of creating a beer suited to the Mediterranean climate.

Today, we are a leading brewing group in Spain, present in more than 130 countries. To our flagship Mediterranean beer, Estrella Damm, we have added over 30 specialties and beer brands. Our portfolio has expanded to include a wide variety of waters, soft drinks, dairy products, coffees, and hospitality establishments, in addition to integrating logistics and distribution businesses.

Since our beginnings, we have supported culture, gastronomy, and sports, believing they are essential to building a fairer society. Through the Damm Foundation, we channel the company’s sponsorship and philanthropic activities.
