A mycoprotein made from fermenting a natural fungus Fusarium venenatum, it’s naturally low in saturated fat and high in fibre. Containing all 9 essential amino acids, like ‘traditional’ protein sources such as meat or fish, it’s a good source of vitamins and minerals (including zinc, riboflavin, manganese and folate). And with a 90% lower carbon footprint than beef and 70% lower carbon footprint than chicken, it’s good for the planet too!
