With her partner, James, Grace is co-founder of Gracey's Pizza based in St Albans. Gracey's has become well known in the pizza scene for their crispy take on New York and New Haven style pizza. Since 2024, they have expanded to two London venues in the Arcade Food Halls and aspire to grow into more in 2026.
